About Congress:

Iranian Brain Mapping Congress is an international event held annually at Shahid Beheshti University (SBU), one of the major centers and pioneers of brain mapping science in Iran. Our main goal is to gather both domestic and world known foreign scientists to present and discuss new findings and advanced technologies in the field of brain sciences. Given the interdisciplinary nature of brain mapping science, each year we welcome scientists with different backgrounds including neuroscience, medical sciences, bioengineering, mathematics, biophysics, psychology, computer science, etc.  Our major goal is to provide a medium to discuss and collaborate for obtaining a better understanding of the nervous system and the related diseases. Besides scientific events, we organize social events to present Tehran and Iran to the participants.
(Besides scientific events,we also organize a variety of social and cultural events to represent the rich persian culture and greatfully introduce all our guests to the precious historic heritage of our country.)
